Primerio is proud and looking forward to co-hosting this seminal event on “Countering the Corrupt – Reform of the Criminal Justice Administration in South Africa” in conjunction with Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, the University of Cape Town and Accountability Now.

Primerio directors John Oxenham and Michael-James Currie will both be participating on the panel discussing a formal Non-Trial Resolution framework (together with Glynnis Breytenbach, Hermione Cronje and Colette Ashton) to address cross border corruption cases. Part of the OECD – OCDE 2021 Anti-bribery recommendations to be implemented in South Africa and International Bar Association’s Anti-Corruption Committee’s Project Rollout.
The Workshop is accessible virtually (due to limited seating availability) to anyone who may be interested in dialing in. There will no doubt be fascinating discussions and very different perspectives shared, all with the intent of ensuring South Africa effectively combats corruption.
