Primerio Director, John Oxenham, will be making submissions on behalf of Business at OECD this week (12 and 13 June 2023) in Paris, France.
John, assisted by members of the Primerio team, prepared the BIAC submission of ‘The Future of Effective Leniency Programmes: Advancing Detection and Deterrence of Cartels’ which provides useful insight into some of the key issues related to a decreased buy-in by business in making applications for immunity in respect of cartel conduct. In addition, John also presented on the topic ‘Trials and Natural Experiments in Competition and Regulation’.
