Primerio Director, John Oxenham, made submissions on behalf of Business at the OECD in Paris on 29 November 2022 on the topic ‘Director disqualification and bidder exclusion in competition enforcement.’
The discussion was focused around: the objective and scope of application of debarment sanctions in different jurisdictions; the practical issues associated with their application; and their effectiveness.
John acts as a representative to Business at the OECD.
