Zach Joubert is a practicing advocate of the High Court of South Africa, and  is a member of the Cape Bar. He specialises in all aspects and stages of civil litigation and court procedure, including the preparation for and presentation of applications and trials. His practice focusses on commercial disputes, corporate law, contracts (in particular interpretation, breach and enforcement of contracts), intellectual property, insolvency, including liquidations and business rescue, and technology law. He also has experience in arbitrations, the enforcement of foreign court orders, and constitutional law.  He regularly appears at the Cape Town High Court, and from time to time at the Johannesburg and Pretoria High Courts.
