Last week, John Oxenham, Michael-James Currie and Stephany Torres attended the Competition and Regulation European Summer School (CRESSE) 17th International Conference on Competition and Regulation in Greece.
At the conference, Stephany Torres presented her paper (penned alongside John Oxenham, Michael-James Currie and Joshua Eveleigh) titled ‘Intellectual property rights litigation and competition law violations in South Africa’ (a copy of which is accessible here).
Stephany also participated as a discussant on a paper titled ‘Antitrust and Intellectual Property Rights: Toward a New Schumpeterian Approach.’
